Add History Logging for changes to Consignment Items - Trackables

In a Consignment, the Consignment Items can be changed by a user at any stage, but there is no historical logging of the event. Any changes to the Consignment Items can impact service and charging and should be visible in the logging.

Add a field that shows if a SO/Consignment has been printed

Currently there is no way to tell if a Sale Order or Consignment has been printed for the team to process. The ability for CartonCloud to indicate if a job has been printed would be helpful for the administration teams.
