Ability to view attachments on the mobile app

When adding attachments such as Material Safety Data sheets to consignments it's imperative that a driver with the mobile app can view these along with other items like invoices. This function is currently not available.

Customers have the abiltiy to select the charge to customer

If a customer is logged into CC and creating consignments they then have the ability to select the charge to customer.

Setting to disable the ability to Edit Consignment History

In the history tab of consignments, there is a button to Edit History. We do not want the ability for our users to Edit/Delete History because keeping a record of actions on the consignment is critical information for our business.

Ability to email connote from CartonCloud Consignment Screen.

We often give work to other businesses on our behalf, it would be great if we could send the Connote to them directly from within CartonCloud without needing to download the file and then attach it to an email.

Default the Redetermine Delivery Run feature to "No"
