Ability to Split a PO more than once

When bringing in purchase orders - can these split more then once. When the second PO comes in, at times this is not the full amount of the split qty and we are not able to further split this PO.

Have a receipt date selection in purchase orders.

Our customers provide PO's well in advance, it would be beneficial for us for a lot of customers if we were able to search via receipt date rather than or as well as, date added.
