Invoices deleted in CartonCloud should be deleted in Accounting Connector

Pull MYOB Statements from Carton Cloud

For each individual Invoice, we can pull PDF Myob invoices, it would be fantastic if we could go into the customer File in CC and pull out the MYOB Statement.
