Tracking history of changes made to customer settings

Add the ability to record changes made to customer settings so that if something stops working or not as expected we can view a log to see what was recently changed to quickly identify how to revert back to the original settings.

Leave comments on the customers profile card or rate card

Export/Import function for Adhoc Charges at Customer Settings

When we need to apply an up-rate for Customers, there is no easy way to do this for the Adhoc charges as you cannot export the file. If the charges were able to be exported, updated and re-imported this would save a huge amount of time.

Admin Notification to advise when a customer has amended/deleted an approved record
