Add the little grey filters to Customer Charges/ adhoc pages to put Enabled (Yes) to top of page so when updating charges you dont have to scroll down looking for the little yes. No biggie, just handy if easy.

Invoice Only Charges conditional to having charges

Currently administration fees are charged regardless of whether or not there are any other charges, warehouse or transport for the period. Add a feature to only charge these fees if there are other charges.
