Seperate Strict process from Organisational settings

Strict Process should be by customer setting, not Organisational Settings. Not all my customers have bar codes, but some do and i want to scan but cant,

Allow Tenants to change their own Tenant Name via Organisation Settings.

Add the ability to change the name of our tenant, as our company name has changed and we need this to be representative of the new name.
