Customer Name on Reports

I note that when printing reports per customer, the customers name does not appear at the top. When running multiple reports for different customers, this makes it easier to work with.

Date Filter for Bulk Charges Report based upon related entity's "completed" date

Introduce a new date filter on the Bulk Charges report, which allows users to filter charges based on the dates on which the related entity's work (e.g. the Consignment) was completed (e.g. the Delivery Run Date)

Add option to include Packed Stock in the "In Warehouse" value in the stock report
