Move "Order Urgent" field location in "Add New Sale Order" page

Add a field that shows if a SO/Consignment has been printed

Currently there is no way to tell if a Sale Order or Consignment has been printed for the team to process. The ability for CartonCloud to indicate if a job has been printed would be helpful for the administration teams.

Search Function in Deletion Logs

Show a larger list of consignments in the optimise map section.

currently you can only see 11 consignments at a time. You should be able to see atleast double if not triple on the RHS list. This would give a greater overview of the sorted order.
