Ability to Split a PO more than once

When bringing in purchase orders - can these split more then once. When the second PO comes in, at times this is not the full amount of the split qty and we are not able to further split this PO.

Bulk split other UOMs

It would be great if we had the option of bulk split into cartons so that each carton can be labelled and then allocated to locations. In this use-case, they pick in Units but would replenish in cartons.
