Add "Select All" and "Unselect All" to lower section of invoice screen

You have the option to "select all" or "unselect all" in the top half of the invoicing screen and you should have the same options in the second half for the consignments being added to the invoice.

We want the ability to wave pick by expected delivery run, as you can then pick across multiple customers and not have to rely on the TMS/Dispatchers to plan runsheets. This would also with picking the Metro trucks first before the linehaul etc.
