Sales Orders- Invoice Generation Rules

It would be helpful to have the option to generate invoices per individual sales order, rather than consolidating multiple sales orders into a single monthly batch period. Some customers prefer it this way.

Adding of all charge fields to the Rate Card Report and the ability to upload it after editing.

When making a company wide rate increase, or even for individual customers, being able to download all of the charges on the Rate Card Report so they can be edited and then re-uploaded would be extremely helpful.
