Adding in any fields similar to adding fields to document templates. Custom fields would be helpful as well. Also be able to design the layout would be great.
need to add option to change fields in error messages sent to customer, leaving field with pre entered text and having to remember multiple times a day is not practical. This needs to be on the priority list for update - as "destroying of goods" is unsettling for customers.
