Currently a user can access and edit address custom fields which are linked to a consignment when creating a Consignment, or when viewing the Consignment, but not within the Sales Order UI.
Additionally, when creating a Consignment from a Sales Order, users would like/need the ability to control whether to pull through the CF value from the Sales Order or the Address
