I would like an easy way to capture driver hours automatically and use this information to calculate wages, measure performance, optimise allocation/routes, and assess profitability.
For some applications this may be something that is captured against the consignment, in others it may be against a run sheet or sometimes against multiple consignments and run sheets.
I would also need the driver to be able to enter information like travel time to/from the depot, as well as recording information like breaks.
This information may also be useful to me in managing compliance.
