We use CartonCloud as our primary list of customer contacts, and as a result, are looking for a way to be able to bulk-email all our "customers" from within the application. CartonCloud is also kept up to date as customers change their email addresses, and we don't have another CRM or bulk-email solution.
This can be to advise them of public holiday closures, price & fuel levy changes, or other general information.
In addition to emailing, another great tool would be the ability for us to send our customers notifications (through the bell) advising them of things.
