When using EDI with the major retailers and distributors (Coles, Woolworths, EDG, ALM) it is a requirement to send back an ASN detailing each logistics unit. This includes things like total pallets in the shipment, what's on each pallet, expiry dates, batches and the SSCC number for each pallet. At the moment the only option is for the 3PL to use the manual portal of the EDI provider to create this. What we are looking for is this information coming back from CartonCloud (API, Bolts) so we can automate the EDI documents out of our systems.
We are planning to kick off development of a Pack Screen in early 2024 which will allow linking of Sale Order items to Consignment Items, enabling this behaviour of tracking what went into various logistics units.
