Currently, when packing an order on the CartonCloud App once you click print labels, the order is automatically dispatched and the ability to reprint a label is not possible.
Sometimes reprinting a label is necessary such as an issue with the connectivity to the printer or the printer running out of labels.
In these instances, the only option is to log into the Web App and print from there which is an inconvenience.
