From time to time PODs captured on the mobile device do not submit to the system, whether this is caused by a missing barcode from the consignment or potentially a unintentional bug introduced.
Having the mobile app send the PODs to the unassigned POD section to be manually assigned in the instance where the correct job cannot be located will ensure that the customer will be able to retain these missing PODs and manually assign to the correct jobs. Currently these PODs are not saved and the customer must capture paper PODs retrospectively.
