In our business all orders are handled by two people- a picker and a packer, who quality checks the order. Currently we can't capture data on who is completing which orders in CartonCloud, as only the picker user is captured. If we could add a custom field similar to the "Receival Data" option for inwards, which would bring up a interface similar to the Adhoc Charge popup, our packers could select the picker name- allowing us to build a report via Bulk Sales Order Export to track KPIs for warehouse staff on orders picked/orders packed per person.
The basis for this function already exists through the Inwards Receival Data field, which performs this exact function for inwards goods- seems like a simple way to give us a larger range of exportable data, which could then be expanded into other purposes (add a y/n for the packer to record if they corrected any picking error- OR - add a drop down to record what carton size used to pack etc etc)
