CC Fuel is very inconsistent.
For Auto calculated consignments (Using Rate Cards) The Fuel Levy dates are based on Delivery Run date.
Example consignment added on the 29th but delivered on the 2nd will use the fuel levy based on the 2nd.
For manually priced consignments (Manually added a charge of ie $100 & tick the finalize charge tick box) will use the Invoice end date.
Example consignment has a manual charge for a crane truck and the consignment falls on an invoice 24th - 30th then it will use the fuel which was active on the 30th. disregarding delivery & entered dates etc
This means we could have 1 single consignment with two different fuel levy rates.
If the consignment auto rates 10 pallets and then we add a manual demurrage charge then the 10 pallets will be at 1 fuel Levy and the demurrage charged at a different fuel levy.
One fuel levy for the auto calculated and a different fuel levy for the manual or Misc charges (incl Ad hoc)
Below is a Refrigerfreighters invoice which shows the outcome of changing fuel levy's weekly.
