Create a "Cancelled" order status for SOs.
Currently, the only option for cancelled orders is to "Reject" or "Delete". This logic is flawed as outlined below.
Rejected Status - Rejected orders are reprocessed, causing them to be updated to Awaiting pick & pack.
Delete Order - Will be re-imported via connected API's as there will be no duplicate reference existing.

Agree, you do want to see a cancelled order (and the reason for cancelling) otherwise if you delete an order you can end up wasting time down the track troubleshooting trying to figure out why the order didn't pull through (if an integration), only to finally figure out it had been deleted.
