Added the following to Remote Print Jobs:
1) Warehouse: The Warehouse that the Print job was generated from
2) Entity ID: The Sale Order / Consignment / POP etc. that generated the print job (with a Hyperlink)
Adding the hyperlink was not implemented as part of this story.
3) PrintNode Printer status: Online / Offline
4) PrintNode Computer status: Connected / Disconnected
