Backordering

Add support for backordering within sales orders.

Currently, orders which come in get either rejected entirely, or the out-of-stock products get removed from them and they get accepted.

In some cases we would like to be able to wait until all products arrive and then ship the full order.

In other cases, we would like to be able to partially ship the order, and then ship the remaining products when they arrive. Ideally this could be automated via settings and also enable manual overrides.

Assigning stock to rejected orders automatically Merged

It would be great if rejected orders could automatically assign stock and move them to draft. It would also be helpful if you could then bulk assign draft orders stock to then move it to approved when the whole order has arrived and ready to send....
