Having a manager approve/authorise the deletion of sales orders/consignments etc may eliminate unnecessarily errors in deletion. If someone accidentally deletes, then there is the possibility of this not occurring, if the process is approved/rejected by manager or similar. An email notification would be set up and there would be details on the deletion, including a deletion reason. Making a second step before any deletion happens. As there is no "safety net" to make sure that these are not done, potential income could be lost as a result, even stock levels out if a sales order in inadvertently deleted.
