Currently, customers cannot revert consignments in the TMS module back to draft status to correct errors, which leads to manual adjustments by our team. This process is not only time-consuming but also inconvenient for both customers and staff.
Implementing a functionality similar to the WMS "Customer User Configurations" feature would allow customers to amend their consignment details independently. This would streamline the process, reduce manual intervention, and improve overall efficiency.
Such a feature would be particularly beneficial for businesses dealing with frequent consignment uploads, as it would minimize delays caused by errors in the initial uploads. Additionally, providing customers with the ability to make corrections themselves aligns with the goal of enhancing user autonomy and satisfaction.
We believe this enhancement would be valuable for many CartonCloud users and help improve operational workflows.
