The new Sale Order Document is great however I have just learnt that for the client to actually see the document they have to have a login to cartoncloud and actually log in to see the photo or document. Sort of seems like all the hard work was wasted in the last second by not just making that document a part of the notification email. To log in just makes it a harder process for the client.
Could the photo just be added to the email so everything arrives to the client at once without delay ?
