My Customers are asking that if and when they try to create a sales order from their 'customer portal log in' they can see what products and qtys they have for each product, however they cannot see what products are on what pallets.
for example if they have 17 bags of crumb 1 with batch 123 and 23 bags of crumb with batch 321 , these most likely will be stacked on the same pallet in the same location, however the customer cannot see this information so often they will book the crumb 1 with batch 123 and we will have to send also the crumb 1 with batch 321 as we only send full pallets not part pallets.
Can this be implemented so customers can see this or at least a toggle option if we wanted to give this sort access?
