Have the ability to create custom Tags or Labels and apply them to Sales Orders (and possibly Purchase Orders), This would allow us to further categorise orders. The Tags should be able to be sorted and included/excluded from searches and wave picks. This will enhance our ability to dynamically manage orders in bulk based on issues that arise throughout the day. We should be easily able to apply a Tag to all of the orders displayed in a Filtered View.
EXAMPLE
Client has many orders in Awaiting Pick and Pack. There may be an issue with one of the products in the orders that means we have to hold those orders until further investigations occur. Instead of just placing the orders into Drafts, it would be better to apply a Tag to all those orders so they are more easily identified and processed in the future.
