one of our rate charging structure is : $75 (flat rate) + 0.35/kg, I apply sliding scale , but did not work, it only calculate the latter scale, which is 1006 KG x 0.35.
Even I changed the first scale to $75 with 'Per' instead of 'flat rate', it still does not work.
The charge should be 427.10.
