Within the updated picking mobile app, a user can search for an ID or reference of a sale order sitting in packed status. The mobile app finds the Sale Order and the user can view the items tab and view the details tab.
There should be a button to Dispatch the order.
Currently, the user needs to dispatch from the web app and orders sit around at packed until someone cleans them up.
