The user levels available dont allow for enough control/flex/security amongst office staff. I have many Administrators across my business as they have functions that require the majority of functions. HOwever I have unlimited control on who can get in an affect rate data, delivery zones, merge and delete data. Additionally a log file to record any such changes is a heavily desired feature.
