As a customer who picks by the Unit but charges the handling based on Cubic.
Currently if I want to automatically capture the Handling charge by Volume then I have to have the Products UOM and QTY captured as Volume. This becomes challenging as I cannot pick by the Volume.
I currently Pick by the Pallet and then charge the customer for the Volume Handled.
The current workflow to achieve this is I need to use an Adhoc Charge but then manually calculate the Volume of the SOP as there is no indicator for the Volume Picked. Just the number of items picked. This makes it challenging as I have leave the mobile app and got to the desktop to calculate total cubic picked.
