I know that I can set for a customer to "Assign whatever stock is available, removing unavailable quantities" for New Orders
However this doesn't give flexibility. Some orders I want to keep in "Awaiting Stock" while I'd like to be able to select and bulk update orders (removing unavailable qty) to "Awaiting Pick and Pack"
