We have customers placing several sales orders in a day, going to the same address, that need to be picked individually (single/wave picks) but shipped as one consolidated consignment (1 or more consignments items).
Possibility to select multiple sales orders at the Pack screen (scan tote(s) or search and select multiple) and consolidate them into a single consignment/shipment reference, while keeping the underlying orders distinct for traceability. It may result in a single consignment relating to several sales orders.
We would need to ensure that we have provisioned a wave or group of orders with the same address to be picked at the same time to ensure the orders are packed together in a single consignment. We're aware of the existing consignment grouping feature, but not sure it works for this in its current form.
