The below fields are missing from the create product endpoint
Storage Unit of Measure Aggregation
Allow Zero Storage Charge
Per Item Storage Charge (0.0207)
Ignore Expiry Date during Stock Selection
Split BOM on insufficient Stock
Including them would allow defaulting values on product billing and avoid manual editing.
