I noticed the new AI agent, Fletch, on the CartonCloud website. I think it would be extremely valuable to have Fletch within the Web App, to assist with basic functions.
Perhaps linking with the CartonCloud knowledge base to provide quick step by step instructions. I think this would be really helpful for our clients, particularly those who are less tech-oriented.
Or maybe you could just tell Fletch to enter Purchase Orders/Sale Orders for you.
It may already be in the works, but I think it would do wonders for automation, and ease of use.
