Ability to activate tiered storage charging based on number of weeks stock is stored for. Charge a weekly rate for certain number of weeks, then automatically charge a different rate for next X weeks and so on if stock remains. Aim is to encourage clearing of old/slow moving stock out of the warehouse so it doesn't just sit as long term storage.

Is the intention here that storage would become more expensive the longer it remained in the warehouse?
