Improving notifications and implementing an acknowledgement status update as part of the drivers notification when receiving new jobs on the mobile app. I'd like to see something audible when a new job notification comes in and for that notification to come through when the driver is logged in but could be idle (without the time clock being on). An acknowledgement status would rule out any jobs being missed and allowing dispatch staff to be confident the driver has the job.
