As a user I want to be able to create email notifications with bolts that provide greater flexibility with the content of the email, inserted data and attachments, so that I can trigger notifications both internally and externally without the need for development assistance.
The functionality should enable me to insert values into the email Subject and Body and have the ability to specify the attachment I want to be included with the email.
