It is a problem at the moment lining up CartonCloud tenancy information (features, usage, stats etc) with other systems (Hubspot, Xero etc)
We have implemented an account code system, starting from finance, that essentially follows the format of first 3 alphanumeric things from their tenancy, followed by a 3 digit number
We need to be able to record this against the CartonCloud tenancies and have it included in the tenancy reports (stats, usage reports) for easy cross referencing. The following reports must be updated with this new field.
Stats by Month
Status by Week
Tennant Billing History
Billing for all Tenants
It may be that multiple tenancies have the same account code, but never that a single tenancy has multiple
It is possible for an account code to change (ie if company changes name, or is sold/bought)
