On the mobile app, we need a new Switch Mode Menu for Stock Counts or Cycle Counts, where we can do regular spot checks on stock and it would have a stock enquiry (CC-I-499 ) format and should you find a variance, you can enter the counted stock qty, which will trigger a workflow notification to the Inventory Controller to process the amendment up or down. If up, it shows the current available stock and location or allow you to do a quick PO receipt to a new location (in the scenario where you have just found stock in another location, that was not counted at last stock take).

Need to scan items directly into Carton Cloud during stocktake. Having to manually write on sheets and then have a team of data entry people slows the team down and introduces more risk for error, particularly at high volume.
Make the adjustment figure the variance quantity (not total counted), so stock can continue to have transactions ie don't have to worry about the inventory changing before the adjustment is made. Record the date of the last cycle count.
