Currently the driver asks the customer to sign a POD with limited detail (brand by volume). Then the live POD can be emailed to the customer email thereafter, with full detail (brand by product by volume). The customer wants to see full details of the delivery before signing the POD (brand by product by volume). This has resulted in the customer refusing delivery as the customer can count the cartons but doesn't know if it's the right set of products matching their order, until after they sign the POD and then receive the more detailed version. Replicating the detailed POD on the drivers smartphone will eliminate any customer refusals in future.
