would like to have the ability to scan allocate a consignment that has been added to a run sheet using a mobile scanner to an "in transit status" once the consignment has been loaded onto the truck.

we allocate the jobs to run sheets the night before. I want to then be able to scan the consignment against the run sheet and have it marked as “in transit” or collected so a customer logging in can see it is on the truck, then all the drivers need to do is complete the delivery in the usual manner of capturing the pod. This way I can see if a pallet has made it onto the truck or whether it was left “in the warehouse” for whatever reason.
