Hi team,
Currently RTS feature requiring use of both desktop computer and handheld computer. This is the only task requiring both hardware options and is proving clunky with multiple steps involved. Firstly returns are processed on a desktop to create the PO. We are then manually removing items from the PO as the return is usually not in full. We then jump to the app for allocating the PO. We are processing up to 30 returns a day.
A Returns/RTS mode on the app would ultimately allow:
Search the original Sales Order via reference # & create RTS
Manually select items from Sales Order to create Purchase Order - not in full
Proceed to allocate the item/s as per normal however location scanning required to confirm recommended location, removing any assumptions for human error.
The aim here to:
Complete task on one device
Not double handle products on PO
Confirm returns location against recommended location to remove human error.
