When we allocate vehicles to a Run Sheet, we also allocate Trailers and sometimes equipment. Having 3 + custom fields available next to the "Vehicle" when allocating, will allow us to record this information for drivers, so they can see which trailers they need to pick up for loads.
These fields should also be able to be returned for reporting (consignment report) so that we can review the data for the trailers.
