Often we find ourselves having rejected Sales Orders created via API however currently there is no automatic notification for Rejected Sales Orders created via API. These orders we check manually through the portal however often will find the rejected orders days later. We are hoping to avoid notifications for every sales order outcome created via API due to high volumes and isolate only the problematic ones. Is it possible to add the option to receive notifications for Rejected Sales Orders? sent to a dedicated email address?
