Currently when a customer manually updates the stock selection to specify a particular batch, expiry or similar custom fields, we do not flag it in any way.
Can see Tenants getting confused as to why the system has ignored potentially earlier expiry dates, POPs etc and skipped ahead.
Idea is to flag when a customer has made specific selections by CHANGING what the system had automatically allocated to.
Potential solution, add admin prevent changes process to customer view as well.
