It would be beneficial for drivers who have a non ATL or Signature required delivery to be able to log a futile delivery / card left which can be logged with automatic delivery allocation date moved to the following day.
Unfortunately at this stage this isn't possible and drivers have to leave a comment or make a phone call to let us know. As on the consignment screen the shipment is still showing in Transit. When customer will call and ask what time their delivery is due in the event they weren't home. We could quickly see that the shipment has been carded at x time.
