Address History to show what was changed

When I amend an address it will show the history of who amended it but it isn't mentioning what was changed.

Add customer name to acknowledgement email

We're find that when sending multiple orders through, when the acknowledgements arrive the only indentifier is the reference/invoice number. If the delivery name could be included it would be a lot easier to know which order is being acknowledged
